朱博冉,中医学博士,江苏省“青年科技人才托举工程”资助对象(省青托)南京市秦淮区第三批非物质文化遗产项目张简斋中医温病医术代表性传承人。现任江苏省药膳研究会常务理事,南京中医药大学养老服务与管理学院老年医学系专任教师Journal of Future FoodsTraditional Medicine ResearchMedicine BulletinMedicine AdvancesFood & Medicine Homology等学术期刊青年编委。Advanced SciencePhytomedicinenpj Science of FoodFood Science and Human WellnessFood & Function等多本SCI审稿专家。主要研究方向为中医药心脑疾病基础研究饮食与健康相关的现代生物学研究小分子成像技术在中医药科研领域应用等。主持包括国家自然科学基金,江苏省自然科学基金,江苏省中医药科技计划发展项目等七项。指导江苏省研究生科研创新计划(校助重点)大学生创新训练项目计划(国家级)多项。以第一/通讯作者发表包含Food Science and Human WellnessPhytomedicineSCI论文多篇累积影响因子70+
